It is with immense sadness that the Festival team learned of the death, on 17th March 2023, of the Belgian filmmaker and illustrator Raoul Servais, Grand prix for best animated short film at Annecy for Nocturnal Butterflies.
The Annecy Festival’s 2024 Official Selection continues its announcements with the TV and Commissioned Films.
From Sunday 11th June, 18 esteemed international figures (including 3 from Mexico) will get together to celebrate animation and to reward the best of the Official Selection’s 6 categories.
