Read through the history of the Annecy Festival, from its beginnings in the 1960s with the Jica and Asifa; the creation of Cica; the economic dimension of the event and the arrival of the International Animation Film Market (Mifa) in the 80s; the Festival's flourishing years in the 2000s and the creation of CITIA; to reach its 50 years of existence as a mature festival in 2010, while the Mifa celebrates it's 30 th birthday in 2015.
