We would like to inform you that we have detected several phishing attempts targeted at our Festival and Mifa badgeholders, in particular sales propositions from supposed lists of our badgeholders.

Please be especially careful and never respond to these fraudulent offers. None of the data relating to Festival and Mifa badgeholders is for sale. Please do not click on any links in e-mails and inform us as immediately.

Below are a few tips for dealing with these types of e-mails:

  • Never disclose your personal details, login details or bank details.
  • Check e-mails for their authenticity by verifying the sender's e-mail address.
  • Immediately report any suspicious e-mail to this address: dpo@citia.org.
