How do I make a reservation?

When should I go to the theatre?

45 min before

  • "Badgeholders with a reservation" queue opens

  • "Badgeholders without a reservation" queue opens
  • "Invited guests to a screening/session" queue opens

30 min before

  • Doors open

  • Badgeholders with a reservation and invited guests to a screening/session admitted into the theatre

15 min before

  • Online reservations and cancellations are closed

10 min before

  • End of reservation priority and guarantee

  • Badgeholders without a reservation admitted, subject to available seating

Go to the theatre entrance with your badge 45 minutes before the start of your reserved screening. Your badge will be scanned to check your reservation before entering the theatre.

Please note, if you arrive less than 10 minutes before the screening starts you will join the "Badgeholders without a reservation" queue and your admission into the theatre is no longer guaranteed.

If you are no longer able to attend a screening/session, remember to cancel your reservation directly through the programme on your Connected Area up to 15 minutes before the start of the screening/session.

Have you reached your reservation quota, or is a screening already full? Try your luck in the "Badgeholders without a reservation" queue. You can enter subject to seating availability. You just need a little patience.


Single Ticket Sales

Don’t you have an accreditation? Would you like to go to one or several screenings?

Would you just like to attend a few screenings during the week or only on one day and don’t want to purchase an accreditation? Take advantage of single admission tickets to see some screenings.

Single admission tickets are on sale at the following theatres 30 minutes before the screening begins.

  • Cinéma Le Mikado
  • L'Auditorium Seynod
  • Les Nemours
  • Pathé Annecy, (only for the Annecy s'anime labelled screenings)
  • Megarama Annecy

There will be no single admission ticket sales at the salle de Bonlieu, Pathé Annecy (except for the Annecy s’anime screenings) and salle de Pierre Lamy.

Programmes suitable for children and all audiences are noted on the programme.
