Accredited Delegates

Get your accreditation online until 17th June 2023.

Do you have any questions?

How can I make reservations?

  1. Consult the programme (available in May 2023)

  2. Activate your Annecy Network space (username and password are in your accreditation confirmation e-mail)

  3. Beginning of June: the ticketing service is staggered depending on your accreditation type. The date and time will be sent to you via your Annecy Network space and by e-mail if you purchased your accreditation before early June.
After the beginning of June: reserve as soon as possible. Some screenings may already be full, if this is the case you can try your luck in the "Badgeholders without a reservation" queue

  4. Log in to your Ticketing space in the Annecy Network (username and password in your accreditation confirmation e-mail)

  5. Reserve your screenings within your accreditation’s limits and available seats. All seats in the theatres require reservation. Change or cancel your reservations online up to 30 minutes before the screening starts, subject to availability. Multimedia Points are available at the Festival and the Mifa to use to consult, reserve, or cancel your reservations.

  6. Remember to cancel your reservations if you are unable to go: this frees up seats for other badgeholders, and enables you to reserve this same screening on another day!

  7. Find a summary of your reserved screenings in your Ticketing space on the Annecy Network. https://www.annecy.org/network:fr

  8. Go to the theatre entrance with your badge 45 minutes before the start of your reserved screening. Your badge will be scanned to check your reservation before entering the theatre.
Please note, your seat is no longer guaranteed less than 10 minutes before the screening starts. In this event, we invite you to try your luck in the "Badgeholders without a reservation" queue.

  9. If you couldn’t reserve a seat online, try your luck in the "Badgeholders without a reservation" queue at the entrance to the theatre 45 minutes before the screening starts. Admission subject to seating availability.
