How do I enter the theatre?

Go to the theatre entrance with your badge 45 minutes before the start of your reserved screening. Your badge will be scanned to check your reservation before entering the theatre.

Please note, if you arrive less than 10 minutes before the screening starts you will join the "Badgeholders without a reservation" queue and your admission into the theatre is no longer guaranteed.

If you are no longer able to attend a screening/session, remember to cancel your reservation directly through the programme on your Annecy Network up to 15 minutes before the start of the screening/session.

Have you reached your reservation quota, or is a screening already full? Try your luck in the "Badgeholders without a reservation" queue: more often than not, you will get in. You just need a little patience (access to all screenings without a reservation, subject to seating availability).
