The Mourning Children: Nagiko and the Girls Wearing Tsurubami Black
"I didn't know the meaning of the bad omen then...". At the time, there was still smoke rising from Mount Fuji. Kyoto was the capital of Japan. But the solar eclipse, comet and other signs of disaster came one after another, and many people in the city died of illnesses. Beyond despair and absurdity lies a story of daily life and determination that will be passed on to the next generation.
