Once again this year, ARTE is showcasing the Annecy Festival by dedicating a special episode of its Court-circuit programme, which will be broadcast on Saturday 14th June 2025 at midnight on the TV and on the arte.tv platform.

There will be recent fiction films, animation films from around the world, and works that are pushing the boundaries of experimentation. Always on the lookout for new talent and trends, Court-circuit explores the realm of short films every Saturday at midnight. And this coming Saturday 14th June 2025, it's animation that will take centre stage in a special edition.

On the programme:

  • My Brother, My Brother – Abdelrahman Dnewar & Saad Dnewar – Short Film in the Official Competition, Annecy 2025 + a meeting with the Co-Director Abdelrahman Dnewar
  • Brown Morning – Carlo Vogele – Midnight Specials at Annecy 2025 + a private screening with the professor of modern literature Antonin Godet
  • Sixty-Seven Milliseconds – fleuryfontaine – ARTE France Prize 2024 Short Film Mifa Pitches
  • Et Dieu… créa la femme – Marie Le Puil – Short Cuts
  • Butterfly – Florence Miailhe – André Martin Award, Annecy 2024

And last of all, enjoy an interview with Caroline Poggi and Jonathan Vinel, directors of the medium-length film Comment ça va ?, which will be broadcast immediately after the programme.
