How to reserve a shuttle transfer between Geneva and Annecy?
Facilitate your visit to Annecy by reserving a seat in a shared or private shuttle, with advantageous rates, from our service provider Alpes Logistique Transports.
Three reservation types are available.
Transfer reservations between Geneva Airport and Annecy are now closed.
You can purchase your return journey at the Festival Welcome Area from Monday to Saturday.
Also, do take a look at the local taxi companies recommended by the Festival.

Arrival and departure
Geneva-Cointrin International Airport
Take the exit on the Swiss side and present yourself at the Annecy 2026Welcome Desk at the airport.
Geneva-Cornavin Station
Go to the Geneva-Cointrin International Airport train station (6 mins) and present yourself at the Annecy 2026 Welcome desk at the airport.
Outward: shuttles every 30 min (+/- 1h journey to Annecy). Please note, reduced service Wednesdays and Thursdays (a 30-min wait is possible).
Return: your shuttle is scheduled for at least 3h before your flight.
Drop off/Pick up directly from your accommodation!
The shared shuttle can drop you off and/or pick you up at your hotel or apartment without any extra cost (within the 12km limit around Annecy), likewise at the Festival or Mifa Welcome Area.
For security reasons, you are not allowed to enter the Festival and Mifa sites with your luggage.
At the Festival and the Mifa, we provide a luggage locker service for your suitcases and other voluminous items.

Reservation
Complete a pre-reservation form per passenger, until 10th June. After this date, reservations will depend on availability.
As soon as availability is validated you will receive a link to carry out the online payment on a secured payment website. Without payment, your reservation will not be validated.
You will receive your invoice by e-mail at the end of the Festival. Failing that, please contact annecyfestival@alpestransports.com
Cancellation
Free cancellation up until 13th June.

Confirmation
You will receive confirmation and information concerning your transfer by e-mail the week before your arrival.
Please present this document to the driver.

On-site
To reserve on-site, confirm or modify your return transfer, a transport counter is available at the Festival Welcome Area (Bonlieu) from Monday 22nd to Saturday 27th.
