Do you have an animation film project in mind or in the early stages of development?
Every year at the Annecy International Animation Film Market, the Mifa Pitches aim to showcase the most outstanding projects. Authors (with or without a producer) turn your animation projects into reality by applying for the 2026 Mifa Pitches!
The selected directors will take part in a special exhibition to reveal their projects' narrative and graphic arc to entice and convince partners and investors, who are key to getting the films underway.
22nd January 2026 is the submission deadline for all categories:
- Short Films
- Feature Films
- TV Series & Specials
- Immersive Experiences
Since the 2025 edition, documentary projects submitted in the Short Films, Tv Series & Specials, and Feature Films categories can also apply to the special session for animated documentaries.
As of this year, submitting projects incur administrative and technical fees. For further information, please carefully read the terms and conditions before any submission.
