In Toyland, the local radio announcer organises the spare-time, the journeys and the safety of the inhabitants: toy-bear, tiger on wheels, young children, dolphins, ducks, monkeys, etc. The original characters are the stars of a children's road safety project which includes posters, books, puppets and games.
