An experimental work based on a poem by Lucile Durand (who will later be responsible for some important Quebecoise feminist literature under the pseudonym Louky Bersianik). Sensual and symbolist, this passionate film was shot during Jean Letarte's time at the Maison des étudiants canadiens in Paris in the late 1950s. It took part in the first Annecy Festival official competition in 1960.
