Biography
Andy Blazdell started his career in the games and multimedia sector.
He co-founded CelAction ltd., an independently-owned company that develops and sells the animation software called CelAction2D.
Over the last decade, he has helped some of the world's best production companies use state-of-the-art technology to create successful TV series and films such as Peppa Pig, Little Princess and Charlie and Lola. -

Biography
After working in set design for shows and animation studios, Thomas Dorval founded Bulles de Prod. in 2007 with Florent Heitz.
In 2010, the studio merged with HCL Production.

Biography
Comic artist and designer for various cartoon productions, Florent Heitz founded Bulles de Com. in 2004, specialising in graphic communication.
Three years later, he created the subsidiary Bulles de Prod. which merged with HLC Production in 2010 to present a full range of audiovisual services. -
Biography
Michael Hirsh co-founded Nelvana Limited in 1971, to develop and produce animated TV programmes. In 2004, he spearheaded the creation of Cookie Jar Group, with Toper Taylor. He is also co-creator and executive producer of The Doodlebops and co-founded of Teletoon.

Biography
Samuel Kaminka founded and directs Samka Productions, a company that develops TV animation and drama series for such channels as TF1, France Télévisions, BBC, ZDF. For the past 2 years all new projects have been considered with cross-media in mind, to give the viewer an immersive, even addictive, experience.

Biography
Jean-Pierre Quenet started his career as an assistant puppeteer on the BBC, before becoming a film editor on commercials from 1980 to 1984.
He worked as assistant director on Gaumont's first two animated theatrical features and on a number of series.
He was then Managing Director at Walt Disney Animation France SA until 2000. Media business angel's consultant and free lance producer, he joined Alphanim in 2004 as Director of Operations to oversee and manage all aspect of productions. -
Biography
Arnaud Réguillet has been Production Director at Studio Executive Toon Services since 2004, and is in charge of commercial activities with Toon-Alliance, the network of studios specialised in the production of animated TV series and features in France, Canada and Belgium.
Toon-Alliance works in each of the stages of development of a project, from the elaboration of original tools to local funding solutions. -
