We're looking for the hit shows and prizewinners of tomorrow, and the people that will make them. Annecy is a uniquely important event in our annual calendar, not just because of its beautiful location and its fine cheese, but because it combines the world's leading animation festival with a market dedicated to animation. Similarly, the Creative Focus provides an important intersection between art and commerce in which a diverse cross-section of international talent can take a first shot at pitching new ideas to the market. • Ficam

    Ficam/Tomato Sound Factory Prize
The Ficam (Fédération des Industries du Cinéma, de l’Audiovisuel et du Multimédia), presided by Thierry de Segonzac, is a professional organisation that gathers together almost 180 companies whose activities cover most of the professions and technical skills of images and sound, such as producers, film studios or laboratories.
The Ficam is particularly proud to be supporting, for the first time, a Call for Projects prizewinner. This support, in partnership with Ficam member Tomato Sound Factory, is additional evidence of its constant help to young creation.

    Tomato Sound Factory

Tomato Sound Factory is a post-production company that was created in Montpellier in 2006 by Frédéric Maury: "After working more than 10 years as a sound editor in different studios in Paris and for France Télévisions, I wanted to create a work tool that corresponded to me technically. The acoustic design has been meticulously worked on and the technical tools carefully selected. The studio is able to offer extraordinary sound in different post-production areas, such as television, music and cinema. After seven years in existence, Tomato Sound Factory is still considered as a young company in the field, and it is with our youth and innovative enthusiasm that we are happy to go into partnership with the Ficam to support the Call for Projects prizewinner."
