Gnomeo & Juliet is Touchstone's first CGI production and was made in London by Kelly Asbury.
This is the director's first venture at the helm, after working on a number of films including The Little Mermaid and The Nightmare Before Christmas, and co-directing projects such as Shrek 2.
The director confesses that working on one of the most celebrated and poignant stories ever written, he totally fell in love with his characters!
