  Annecy Festival Residency: Call for Applications 2023 

Become the next Annecy Festival Residents and dedicate 3 solid months to the graphic development of your animation feature film!

With the support of the Région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Département de la Haute-Savoie, the Drac, the CNC and Netflix, CITIA, organiser of the Annecy International Animation Film Festival supports creation through a residency for animation feature film graphic development.

As the 2022 Annecy Festival Residency draws to a close on 30th June and the 3 selected projects Deep Fake, Dino Doom on Desert Planet and Hanta, will be showcased at the Mifa as part of the Annecy Festival Residency press conference, it’s now time to submit your application to take advantage of this support in 2023!

Dedicated to animation feature film graphic development, on 3rd April 2023 the Residency will welcome 3 new projects and for a period of 3 months their project leaders can take advantage of a work space conducive to exploration (at the Papeteries – Image Factory), of a mentor suited to their project, and assistance from the CITIA teams. 

Do you have an animation feature film in development? From now and until 9th September 2022 you can apply to join the Annecy Festival Residency in 2023!
